Thank you very much for the kind help of the owner of Cottage Goya Terrace, which has been resolved, thank you 😊
There is no wheelchair rental, but it can be borrowed for a short time, free of charge.
Love this airport! Nice shops and restaurants. It’s pretty quick to check your bags and get your ticket. I usually show up about an hour before boarding time with no issues. They have a great selection of Okinawa fruits, candies, toys, and other Okinawa gifts that you might have missed during your stay.
The Naha airport has combined international airlines and domestic ones together on the same floor. For the Check-in procedures travelers finish the check-in time of departure in the 3F company counter, proceed to the 2F of departure ports. Then travelers should carry on the security check and do the customs procedures.
Clean and well organized airport. Staff are professional and friendly. Many options for food before security. Very limited options after security.
freindly staff, but poor command of english, useless for tourist who does not speak japanese.
Tragic design and poor space arrangement. This airport is just widely spread.
First time ever I’m in an airport and there’s a major blackout leading to delays in check in and flight departures.. all shops are closed and check in counters. Incredible. Are you sure japan is a first world country??
Good service, clean space, easy to access
A very simple airport with international and domestic terminals bridging together. There is no much souvenir shops at international terminal. If you want to shop, it is better to go to the domestic terminal or Yuinichi Street that is in between the International and Domestic terminals. There is also a subway station outside the airport with covered bridge connecting to it.
There is a lot of coin locker.. many food and store inside.. charging smartphone available
Very easy to navigate around the airport with enough shops and restaurants to fill in the time.
Smooth as silk.
Some signs for places are confusing. As an example, even though two restaurants might be on the same floor, but because they are not connected, you have to go down to another floor, walks, and go up again.
Good airport . Over all is above average than the others airport I've visit all over the world.
Small yet efficient airport, no much to see nor do after the security check for international flights though, so calculate your time here wisely if you arrive very early. On the other hand, the Yui Rail connects the airport to city center of Naha, it’s quite convenient and even rush hours are still tolerable.
Pretty good airport. Fast security , decent number of shops, and very Clean.
Terrible airport. Very user unfriendly, vague directions to get around, confusing. Barely any parking to accommodate the amount of travelers. Had to spend an hour trying to find an open spot in the 3 garages. Had to about illegally park so I didn’t have to miss my flight. Do yourself a favor, have someone drive you or take a cab and avoid this headache
Although there is an ANA Suite Lounge, it is comfortable, but Naha Airport is always crowded.
Split into International Terminal and Domestic Terminal (which are actually side by side in same building), the non-transit area (after collecting your luggage) is much more fun to window shop and has more shops. The transit area shopping (at least at international departure side) is so boring and restricted (only has a small duty free shop / 1 small okinawan centric store / 1 small F&B store & 1 small shiseido stall which was just opening around 9am, rest of 2 or 3 small stores were still not opened). Recommend that you arrive 2.5 hours before your flight to check out the non-transit stores and buy last minute items / gifts. Yui Rail drops directly at airport (but domestic terminal side though just a short 5min sheltered walk to immigration). The Premium Outlet bus also departs from domestic terminal side starting at 10am, and there is Baggage Storage service as well to keep luggage for the day.
Makes night flight, kicks everyone out waiting for those flights. No place to wait, but to sleep/ wait outside. Not mentioning that small detail anywhere, but the entrance door, whis is too late at that point.
Small airport with good access to town.🚇
Simple, clean and easy to navigate around. A good selection places to eat at. The wait times are a bit long but at least there are charging ports to wait at.
Good airport, very accessible and offers many good services. The entire place is spotless and all very very clean. Customs takes a little longer than usual but nothing to complain about there. The inside of the airport is pretty new and there are a whole plethora of shops to explore and visit. The food options are also great. Connections via taxi, bus and train are easy to locate and organise
Not crowded. New and clean. Good food options.
This is a great small-City airport. Small enough to get around easily, but still having good food and shopping options. The international check-in line can be excessively long at times.
You can go to Naha downtown by rail directly. There are many shops. Nice and clean. Unlike some others complain about security check is very slow. I actually was checked immediately. Customs is fast too. Maybe it is weekday. Nevertheless, it is a bit hot inside even A/C is on. And there are few phone charging spots available.
Nice airport. Very convenient to connect to domestic flights.
It looked nice inside
We were traveling with our dog to Naha during new year. Was asked to get outside of the terminal immediately by an old arrogant and rude guard even though my dog is in his own cage sleeping. Not sure about the pet policy here. passengers travelling with their pets cannot even use the toilet... very funny.....prolly my last time visiting Naha....
Naha Airport is beautiful Port of Orchid flowers.
This airport is very small than other airports. But it's very clean and comfortable to me.
Great, information booth staff were very helpful!
Easier to navigate than you would think. Place is clean and set up well. There weren't enough charging stations per gate.
I have no issues with this airport. Can be a little slow getting through your first international checkpoint upon arrival, but what airport isn't?! Not super big, but that's fine. Decent layout... easy to get where you need to be. Plenty of shopping, bathrooms and other resources you may need. Two Thumbs up... or in this case, 5 Stars!
Good airport. There is some game corner.
Is really great place for shopping 👍🏻
I love okinawa nice places 😊😊😊
Efficient, but few restaurants and no lounges at all.
It’s the clean and convenient airport.
Just undergone a face-lift! No more LCC terminal
Great airport, good choice of food and gifts
Small enough to easy navigate. You can enjoy tropical welcoming atmosphere inside of the airport.Just one thing. This is very busy airport for this size. So make sure to get there early enough for check in. Expect long line.
Basics are there, holidayer airport, not more not less
Definitely best beaches in the world.
Very clean airport. Lots of restautants include Mcdonald's.
Very simple and small airport with no shoppings after the custom when you depart. All shoppings are at the public area. Only one or two eateries and a few beverages vending machines at the transit area.
The airport looks new. The road signs doesn't really indicate the International Terminal airport well as it is connected to the Domestic Terminal Building as my taxi dropped me at Domestic Terminal of Jetstar. The terminal has pretty good selection of eateries. It their opening time are different. With some at 6am and some at 7:30am only. There is the Monorail that travels to the city.Using the Monorail with many luggages is not advisable.
Beautiful nice little airport. Okinawa is a lovely quiet island with friendly kind locals. But many places are quite expensive. Surprisingly English is common among locals since American s have a base here for long time.
Very nice airport! The international airport is a bit bare, but the domestic airport is the one with restaurants and other amenities! There’s even aquariums on display there, which is great for kids! If in case you need to leave your baggage there, there are also lockers and manned counters - I used the Taqbin baggage storage, which was great.
